Our regular office hours are Monday through Thursday 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, Friday 8 am to 4 pm, Saturday 8:30 am to 12:30 pm.
For emergencies: only established clients can reach our on-call doctor by calling (936) 564-4341.
To be considered an established client we must have seen a patient during regular office hours once in the past three years.
Our minimum after-hours emergency fee is $300.00 and is due at the time of service.

The information that you provide before you arrive will enable our staff to prepare for your pet’s arrival. We can also give you specific directions to our clinic or provide you with information to help your pet before you arrive.

We accept cash, approved checks, credit cards (Master Card, Visa, and Discover) and care credit.
If your pet is hospitalized or undergoing an emergency surgery, a deposit will be required.
