Erin is a SFA alumni. She has a bachelor’s in animal Science and a masters in Agriculture. She is from League City, TX, but now calls Nacogdoches home. Erin can be seen working any many different places in the clinic, from the reception area all the way back to large animal. Erin has a lot of experience with both large and small animal. She got her start in the animal medical filed in 2010 as a kennel tech at a vet clinic in Carthage, TX. Erin is 5th generation to help work her family’s ranch in Clayton, TX. They raise registered Texas longhorns, registered beef masters, and commercial cattle. Erin started showing cattle back in 2009 with the NASA Longhorn project where she showed many grand champion animals. She continued showing in college for her family and with the SFA beef show team. Her family has raised hall of fame and champion animals. She has at Ward Animal Hospital since 2013. Erin currently has a wide rang of animals. She has 2 Tennessee walkers, 2 Australian shepherds, a cat, a foster Bloodhound and many cattle. Erin’s love of animal is what drives her at work. In her free time Erin enjoys showing cattle, riding horses, and spending time with family and friends. She wants to help provide the best care she can to every patient that comes in the door.
